Pittsburgh wrap-up

We stayed in Pittsburgh for one month.

During our time, we rented an Airbnb in Lower Burrell, PA and had lots of great experiences.

While there, we shopped at the Giant Eagle, which is a great grocery store! I’ll miss the Eagle! haha! It was very clean, the employees were helpful, and the store had tons of organic veggies, fruits, milk and meat as well as tons of fun products I had never seen before.

Jay also introduced me to the fact that while we were in PGH there would be Steelers and Pittsburgh sports teams on anything and EVERYTHING imaginable. hahah! Check out these Steelers Tostitos! hahah

We spent Jay’s birthday here, saw a Pirate’s game, ate P&M pizza, saw Jay’s brother a few times, and his aunt, uncle, cousin, my aunt, uncle and cousin, went to restaurants, got ice cream, visited the history museum and more.

Overall – it was a great time, and we enjoyed the experiences and getting to see our family, however, Pittsburgh is not the place that we will ultimately settle down. We enjoyed visiting, and will continue to visit, but we didn’t feel “at home” there.

Up next, crossing the country and staying in Utah for a little over a week.
